Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tevi Travel services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information
• You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Our Role: Technology Platform & Intermediary

Tevi Travel is an online technology platform. It is essential you understand our role and what we are — and are not — responsible for:

• For TeviTours, we act solely as an intermediary that connects travelers with independent tour organizers and local agencies ("Organizers"). We are not the organizer, seller, operator, or provider of any TeviTour, and we do not own, control, or supervise any tour.
• The contract for a TeviTour is concluded directly between you and the Organizer. Tevi Travel is not a party to that contract and assumes no responsibility for the performance, quality, safety, legality, or cancellation of any tour.
• For tours and activities in the Viator catalog, we act as a marketing intermediary; the booking and service are provided by Viator and/or the underlying supplier under their own terms.
• For destination guides and the AI Travel Guide, we provide informational content only, not a travel service, booking, or professional advice.
• We do not act as a travel agent organizing packaged holidays, and we do not sell 'package travel' or 'linked travel arrangements' as those terms are defined under EU Directive (EU) 2015/2302 or equivalent law. Where you combine separate services, you contract with each provider individually.

Because we are an intermediary and not the provider, any claim relating to a tour, activity, or service must be directed to the responsible Organizer or supplier, not to Tevi Travel.

Organizers, Suppliers & Third-Party Services

Tours, activities, bookings, and other services are provided by independent third parties. Accordingly:

• Organizers are independent businesses or individuals solely responsible for accurately describing their tours, holding all licenses, permits, and insurance required by law, and delivering the tour safely and lawfully.
• Each Organizer sets its own price, availability, cancellation, and refund terms, which apply to your booking in addition to these Terms.
• We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Organizer, supplier, listing, review, price, or piece of content, and we make no warranty that any tour will meet your expectations or be free from risk.
• Some links and catalog content (including Viator tours and attractions) are provided through affiliate or partner relationships, and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay at checkout.
• Any dispute regarding a tour, booking, payment, refund, injury, or loss arising from a third-party service is between you and that Organizer or supplier. You agree that Tevi Travel is not liable for their acts or omissions.

By sending a request through the platform, you acknowledge that the Organizer or supplier — not Tevi Travel — is responsible for the service you receive.

AI-Generated Content

Parts of the platform — including destination guides, the AI Travel Guide, and the Tevi AI assistant — are generated with the help of artificial-intelligence systems. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for general informational and inspirational purposes only. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and it may occasionally produce false or misleading statements ("hallucinations").
• AI-generated content is not professional advice of any kind — it is not legal, immigration/visa, medical, health, financial, or safety advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
• Before you travel or make any decision, you must independently verify all critical information — including visa and entry requirements, health and vaccination rules, safety and security conditions, prices, opening hours, and local laws — with official and authoritative sources.
• We are transparent that this content is AI-assisted by design; this is disclosed to you in accordance with applicable AI-transparency requirements.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tevi Travel is not liable for any loss, cost, injury, or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

Always confirm important travel information with official government, health, and provider sources before acting on it.

Travel Risks & Your Responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for your own travel decisions:

• You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, visas, permits, and insurance, and that you meet all entry, health, and vaccination requirements for your destinations.
• You voluntarily assume all risks inherent in travel and in the tours and activities you choose, including risks to health, safety, and property, and including force majeure events beyond anyone's control.
• We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate travel and medical insurance appropriate to your trip and activities.
• Conditions such as prices, availability, weather, safety, and local regulations can change without notice, and we are not responsible for such changes.
• You are responsible for your own conduct and for complying with the laws of the countries you visit.

You travel at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, documentation, and insurance.

User Obligations

As a user of Tevi Travel, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Provide accurate booking and payment information
• Comply with the terms and conditions of third-party services
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Payment Terms

When making bookings through Tevi Travel:

• For TeviTours — trips created by independent organizers — Tevi Travel takes no payment and holds no money at any stage. You pay the organizer directly, on the terms you agree with them, and any refund comes from the organizer.
• All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Additional fees such as taxes and service charges may apply
• Refund policies vary by service provider and booking type
• Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the service providers and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violating any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile our services
• Harvesting or collecting user information without consent
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or payment disputes

Your Content & Reviews

You are responsible for the content you create on the platform, including photos, posts, reviews, comments, and tour listings ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you agree that:

• You own or have all rights necessary to submit the User Content, and it does not infringe any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• You grant Tevi Travel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform; this license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or already shared.
• Reviews and ratings reflect the personal opinions of the users who post them, not those of Tevi Travel, and we do not endorse or verify them.
• You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates our acceptable-use rules; we may remove content and act on reports at our discretion.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting it.

You retain ownership of your User Content; you simply give us the permissions we need to display it to others.

Paid Digital Services & Right of Withdrawal

Some services, such as the AI Travel Guide, are paid digital products delivered to you immediately. The following applies to them:

• Prices are shown before purchase and are payable through our payment provider; applicable taxes may be added.
• The AI Travel Guide is digital content generated and delivered to you immediately after purchase.
• If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By purchasing and starting the generation, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
• Because the guide is generated specifically for you and delivered at once, it is generally non-refundable once produced, except where required by mandatory law or where the service is materially defective.
• If a payment fails, is reversed, or is fraudulent, we may suspend the related service.

Nothing here removes any refund or consumer right you have under mandatory law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tevi Travel shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays or cancellations by third-party service providers
• Errors or inaccuracies in content provided by third parties
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Indemnification, Termination & General Provisions

These provisions protect both you and us and keep the agreement workable:

• Indemnification: to the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tevi Travel and its operator from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, your User Content, your bookings, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
• Suspension and termination: we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or as required by law; you may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Entire agreement & assignment: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business, while your rights are preserved.

These provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Governing Law, Operator & Disputes

The following governs the legal relationship between you and the operator of Tevi Travel:

• Tevi Travel is operated by a registered sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) established in Ukraine. Full operator and registration details are available on request and will be stated here upon registration.
• These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the platform are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
• We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first; please contact us before taking any formal action.
• Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.
